Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and usage analytics to improve the Service.

Transaction Data: When you receive rewards (airtime or data bundles), we collect transaction details including phone number, reward type, amount, and delivery status.

• Service Providers: We use third-party providers such as Africa's Talking for reward delivery and Supabase for data storage. These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Survey responses are retained for the duration specified by the survey commissioner, after which they are anonymized or deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
