Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Core Intelligence mobile application, web platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Core Intelligence ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in survey responses
• Create multiple accounts to receive duplicate rewards
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete surveys
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the reward system
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Surveys & Responses

Surveys on the Service are created by third-party organizations ("Survey Clients"). By completing a survey, you agree that your responses may be used by the Survey Client for research purposes. Responses are typically shared in aggregated or anonymized form. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific survey.

You agree to answer all survey questions honestly and to the best of your ability. We reserve the right to invalidate responses and withhold rewards if we detect fraudulent, automated, or low-quality submissions.

5. Rewards

Upon successful completion of a qualifying survey, you may receive rewards in the form of airtime credit or mobile data bundles. Reward amounts are determined by the survey configuration and may vary.

• Rewards are delivered to the phone number associated with your account
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Delivery times may vary depending on your mobile network operator
• We reserve the right to modify reward amounts, types, and delivery mechanisms at any time
• Failed reward deliveries due to incorrect phone numbers, network issues, or account restrictions are not our responsibility, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding survey content provided by Survey Clients), features, and functionality are owned by Core Intelligence and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any pending rewards at the time of termination may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Core Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Core Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kampala, Uganda.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
