How do I earn rewards?

Simply browse available surveys in the app, complete them honestly, and your rewards (airtime, data bundles, or cash) will be delivered to your phone number automatically once the survey is submitted.

How long does reward delivery take?

Most rewards are delivered instantly after you complete a survey. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to carrier processing delays. If you haven't received your reward after 24 hours, please contact our support team.

I didn't receive my reward. What should I do?

First, check the Wallet section in the app to see the status of your transaction. If the status shows "failed", the system will automatically retry delivery. If the issue persists, contact us with your phone number and the survey name.

Which countries are supported?

Core Intelligence is available in 21 African countries including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, and more. Check the app for the full list of supported countries.

Which mobile carriers are supported?

We currently support MTN and Airtel for airtime and data bundle delivery. Support for additional carriers is being added regularly.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral code with friends. When they sign up and complete their first survey, you both earn 1.5GB of data. You can find your referral code in the Referrals section of the app.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the Settings page in the app, or visit our account deletion page. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days of the request.
